• Sessions begin with a presentation of 10+ semi-precious stone choices with a detailed explanation of the healing properties of each stone – participants choose to work with the stones that resonate with them
• Participants choose their cord and tassel color from over 10 color choices
• Participants learn the ancient art of over-hand knotting and beading using supplied tools and materials
• Participants learn how to meditate using their mala and how to create their own mantra to manifest their hopes and dreams
• We bless and cleanse our malas with essential oils and learn how to care for and energize our stones
• Participants choose from a variety of handmade pouches to transport and store their sacred malas when they aren’t wearing them
