Fueled by a deep passion for yoga’s history and philosophy, CaffreYoga: Elevate, Lead, Inspire brings these teachings to life, helping students authentically connect with yoga’s wisdom and seamlessly integrate it into both their personal practice and teaching. The training also explores the cultural and ethical dimensions of yoga, emphasizing respect for its origins and responsible sharing of the practice. This training is designed to fulfill the Yoga Humanities requirement in a 200-hour yoga teacher training but could also be used as a stand-alone training for current yoga teachers or anyone looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of this rich topic. This training provides:
